The online stationery ordering system allows department administrative assistants to place orders for business cards, letterhead, envelopes and notepads, and then pay by procard or purchase order (for orders over $1500).

Mailing Addresses
Addresses no longer include building numbers. Now mailing addresses read:

Email Addresses
When CSU Monterey Bay transitioned from FirstClass to MyMessaging on June 16, 2009 the campus implemented a new email naming convention. The new naming convention is first initial and last name (e.g. Joe Otter is jotter@csumb.edu). People with the same first initital and last name may be assigned an address that includes additional letters from thier first name. The old email addresses continue to function as aliases, so email sent to your old address will be routed to your new account.
Note: In addition, email addresses must be less than 32 characters, including @csumb.edu. If your email address is longer, submit an IT Service Request for a shorter "nickname" account.
Sustainability
In keeping with our campus commitment to sustainability, the new stationery utilizes vegetable-based inks and Forest Stewardship Council-certified recycled paper. The window envelopes will utilize glycine windows instead of plastic - a recycled material that is also completely compostable!
We ask that you be mindful of the limited resources of the campus and planet and only order business cards for those who truly need them when interacting with students or the public. In today's digital era, business cards are not necessary for many of us.
